Refund Policy

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for most apparel and women’s shoes
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags intact and original packaging
• Shoe returns must include the original shoebox, fillers, and accessories
• Hygiene‑sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, socks once unsealed) are non‑returnable unless defective
• Final‑sale/clearance and customized/altered items are not eligible unless defective

• No stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear/creasing (esp. shoe outsoles)
• All brand labels, hangtags, extra buttons, belts, laces must be returned
• Fold garments carefully and protect packaging to avoid transit damage

1. Submit a return request in your account within the window
2. Pack securely with tags/packaging and include order details
3. Use our label (if available) or ship to our returns center

• QC: typically 3–5 business days after arrival
• Refund to original payment: typically 5–7 business days post‑approval
• Shipping fees non‑refundable unless due to our error; store credit available on request
• Bundles/discounts may be prorated based on kept vs. returned items

• Size exchange for the same item if stock allows
• Color exchange within the same price tier
• Shoes: exchange only if soles are unworn indoors and packaging intact

Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will prioritize replacements or full refunds.
