We understand that plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel an order for apparel (menswear, womenswear) and women’s shoes while ensuring efficient processing and fair handling.

• You may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement if the order has not entered packing or shipped
• During peak periods (launches/promotions), processing may start sooner; submit requests as early as possible

1. Log in to your The Style Fettle account and open “My Orders”
2. Select the relevant order and click “Cancel Order”
3. Provide a brief reason (optional) and submit; you will receive email confirmation if approved

• Full refund to the original payment method for orders cancelled within the window and not yet packed/shipped
• If cancellation is requested after packing or dispatch, please accept delivery and initiate a return per our Refund & Exchange Policy
• Refund timelines: typically 3–7 business days after approval; bank/card posting times may vary

• Prior to packing, size/color changes or address updates may be possible; contact customer care promptly
• After packing has begun, edits may be limited; post‑delivery returns/exchanges may apply

• Customized/altered items, final‑sale/clearance items
• Hygiene‑sensitive categories (e.g., innerwear, socks once unsealed) except for verified defects

If we ship an incorrect or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos; we will prioritize replacements or full refunds.
